Business
1st Order of business:
A motion has been raised regarding approving the spend of money for conference expenses including kits and infrastructure to support our booths at several upcoming conferences.
The kits considered were a variety of DIY projects that we would sell at the conferences we attend. The infrastructure considered included some televisions and carts as well as banners with our logo. A spreadsheet detailing the costs and potential returns for kit sales was reviewed and scaled back slightly. Here is the final agreed upon list of kits and infrastructure that was put to a vote to approve spending of.

2nd Order of business:
A motion has been raised regarding approving the spend of money for server upgrades. Several items were identified as requirements for our current VMWare ESX host including an Ethernet card, a Raid controller, and RAM. In addition it was raised that we should allocate funds for upgrades to provide a redundant server. Here is a list of the costs that were put to a vote to approve the spending of.
