Facilities Coordinator will have a budget of up to $100 a month to purchase supplies for the purpose of maintaining the lab. This fund is not for purchasing supplies for equipment. This fun will need to be approved by another board member.
This is the proposed text:
The Facilities Coordinator has a $100 per month spending allowance for specific needs related to maintenance and upkeep/beautification of any TheLab.ms building or equipment owned by TheLab.ms. This does not include materials which are available for purchase by members or visitors. The Facilities Coordinator must coordinate spending with a currently approved member with access to TheLab.ms primary banking resources, not to include special project accounts (i.e. Snacks Replenishment Account) , or the Facilities Coordinator can personally spend money with expectation of being reimbursed for expenses which would fall under the same approvals. Expenses to be reimbursed must be presented to the Treasurer who will verify purchases and spending limits prior to approving reimbursement.
Persons who have access to primary banking resources will make every effort to fulfill the Facilities Coordinators spend requests within 3 days. The Treasurer will make every effort to make reimbursements to the Facilities Coordinator within 7 days.
