2nd Order of Business:
Significant negative cashflow of approx $750 from the month of March, however we are still positive approx $250 for the year. However this is in line with historical numbers and lack of donations from foot traffic.
3rd Order of Business:
Digital service problems with Microsoft Azure have been resolved.
4th Order of Business:
Online meetups have been going well.
5th Order of Business:
We have gotten info for the next North Texas Giving day. However fundraising has gone nowhere due to the virus.
6th Order of Business:
We will not be able to move when the lease is up. We will be looking into what our options are with our lease renewal.
7th Order of Business:
Elections are in 2 months and we will start preparing.
8th Order of Business:
Leadership will be meeting privately to plan for how we plan to ride out the stay at home period. And weather or not we need to apply for a loan under the CARES act.
9th Order of Business:
Domains for Slingfest and North Texas Trebuchet have been transferred to Tommy.
